A group of SCTT shooters represented big time at the January Open Skeet event this Saturday at the Dallas Gun Club.

This was an open registered shoot that was comprised of three events; two twelve gauge 100 round events and a combined HOA event.

Our shooters secured top honors in a number of classes with one shooter in particular shooting it out for 3rd place OVERALL Champion. Personal Best scores were also recorded this weekend.

A big congratulations goes out to Connor Daily for shooting an incredible 98 including his first 50 straight run. Connor was in a shoot off with the big guns for 3rd place grand champion. Congrats to all who participated.

Registered shoots are very structured and a higher level of competition that really puts a shooters skills to the test both mentally and physically. Referees score each round which are timed and clubs expect a high level of sportsmanship and etiquette from competitors.
